Content Ownership and Rights

Your Content

You retain all rights to videos you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and temporarily store your videos solely for the purpose of providing our Service. We automatically delete all uploaded videos within 24 hours.

Our Content

All Service features, technology, software, and intellectual property are owned by RSW Digital Solutions Ltd and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

Payment and Subscriptions

Pricing

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may change at any time. Changes to subscription pricing will not affect existing subscribers until their next renewal period.

Billing

Paid subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase as outlined in our refund policy.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
